Our Main test model: M12 4pin, M5, M8, M12, M16, M23, 7/8 connector, in accordance with the international standard of EN 61984:2009, complies with the requirements of the following European Directive: Directive 2014/35/EU of the European Parliament and of the council of 26 February 2014 on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making available on the market of electrical equipment designed for use within certain voltage limits (recast). The following harmonized standards have been applied for conformity assessment: EN 60204-1:2018;EN 60529:1991, After preparation of the necessary technical documentation as well as the EC conformity, declaration the required CE marking can be affixed on the waterproof connectors. Based on the test of the M Series connector sent, the test results of cadmium, lead, mercury and hexavalent chromium meet the limit requirements of EU RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU Annex II Amendment Directive (EU) 2015/863. The maximum allowable limit value is quoted from RoHS Directive (EU) 2015/863.(2)IEC62321 series is equivalent to EN62321 series. According to the statement provided by the customer, and the corresponding exemption provisions (please refer to the original English version) | ANNEX III 6(c) |: The lead content in copper alloy must not exceed 4%. Unless otherwise stated, the results of this report are only responsible for the Circular connector tested.

Our representative samples of the Cable accessories Wiring material as specified on this certificate were tested according to the current UL requirements. In accordance with the international standard of AVLV2.E341631, Only those cable material bearing the UL Recognized Component Mark should be considered as being UL Certified and covered under UL’s Follow-Up Services. Look for the UL Recognized Component Mark on the product.
Waterproof IP68 report
Our representative samples of the M12 4P female and male connector with cable as specified on this certificate were tested according to the current IP68 requirements. In accordance with the international standard of IEC 60529:1989+A1:1999+A2:2013 tested to meet the needs of customers for various industrial waterproof connector purposes. The test is made by completely immersing the enclosure in water in its service position as specified by the manufacturer so that the following conditions are satisfied:
a) the lowest point of enclosures with a height less than 850mm is located 1000mm below the surface of the water;
b) the highest point of enclosures with a height equal to or greater than 850mm is located 150mm below the surface of the water; c) the duration of the test is 1 H;
d) the water temperature does not differ from that of the equipment by more than 5 K. However, a modified requirement may be specified in the relevant product standard if the tests are to be made when the equipment is energized and/or its parts in motion.
